Why can't I connect to WI-Fi?

  1. Make sure your phone is within the Wi-Fi range (about 15 ft / 5 meters).
  2. Double-check the Wi-Fi name (SSlD) and password, and ensure no other devices are connected.
  3. Turn off mobile data, VPN, Apple Carplay(IOS users only) and any security apps on your phone.
